At Umoya Matcha, we take pride in providing high-quality matcha products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used matcha products

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@umoyamatcha.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos or videos of the issue. Picture or video evidence is required to be eligible for a replacement or refund. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
