Here’s how to make it at home:

🌿 What You’ll Need:

  • 3g ceremonial-grade matcha
  • 10g honey yuzu (a citrusy honey blend or syrup)
  • 250ml water
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: extra honey if you prefer it sweeter

🌀 Step-by-Step:

1. Prepare Your Matcha
Sift 3g of matcha into a bowl using a fine mesh sifter. Add about 2 oz of hot (160–175°F / 70–80°C) water and whisk briskly in an “M” or “W” motion until frothy and smooth.

2. Dissolve the Honey Yuzu
In your serving glass, add 10g of honey yuzu. Pour in a small amount of hot water and stir until fully dissolved and fragrant.

3. Add Ice & Cold Water
Fill the glass with ice and top with cold water until about ¾ full (adjust to taste). Give it a gentle stir to combine.

4. Pour in the Matcha
Slowly pour the matcha over the top for a beautiful two-tone effect. Stir before sipping — or snap a photo first.
